Solutions Specialist - Affordable Care Act Compliance Team

ER Associates is recruiting for our client's Affordable Care Act Compliance Team. The Solutions Specialist will work with both company Consultants and client personnel to ensure timely and accurate data collection, analysis and reporting.
Duties Include:
Follow established process and procedures to analyze client data and provide input to consultants, brokers and clients
Assist Consultants in preparing client reports and analysis
Prepare detailed ACA files as required, in accordance with specifications
Provide insight into customer accounts to assist in refinement of reports and generating revenue
Work with clients on detailed compliance questions, documenting all correspondence or calls in the CRM system
Analyze reports and provide insight to Consultants
Ensure customer service requests received are handled timely and appropriately
Travel required. Range: 10% -25% (mainly NYS)
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred; preference to advanced degree holders

years in a professional environment (preferred). Prior experience in sales support valuable. Payroll, benefits, reporting writing, and, or analytics experience is helpful.
Enhances own professional growth and development through self-study and participation in educational programs
Very detail oriented
Should display a bias for analysis
Strong communication skills (verbal and written) will be used every day
Participates in professional organizations and reading of current literature
Understands and complies with all applicable Firm policies, procedures, and philosophies
Experience with MS Office and expertise with computer assisted legal resources required
Demonstrates good organizational skills for prioritizing workload
Demonstrates ability to acquire understanding quickly and absorb new information rapidly
Must be able to manage competing priorities
Maintains high standards of performance
Exhibits conscientiousness, dedication, self-discipline, and a sense of responsibility
Must have a professional, cooperative, positive and flexible attitude
