Position
Summary:
Martino Flynn LLC, a full-service communications agency, is looking for an Account Supervisor to add to its team. The Account Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of agency activities and client contact on several accounts, as well as mentoring staff in the delivery of programs. He or she will also be asked to build strong and lasting relationships with clients, achieve clients' marketing objectives, and thereby contribute to the agency's growth.

More specifically, responsibilities would include:
Lead account teams in development of plans, strategy, and results analysis.
Provide account and creative teams with timely and accurate market data, marketing direction, budget limits, job specifications, and completion due dates.
Provide coaching to help team members grow skills and overall competencies.
Drive integration across marketing disciplines to achieve high client ROI and help clients maximize budgets and reach.
Forecast client revenues and agency resource usage accordingly.
Review all materials before client presentations/final production.
Work within agency processes to ensure that all client transactions are properly documented.
Develop in-depth expertise in clients' business and markets.
Build rapport and credibility with client based on trust and expert counsel.
Involve account team in client contact relative to client need and agency profitability.
Organize/spearhead and deliver client presentations.
Initiate and/or support opportunities to grow existing and potential client business.
Continue to develop personal expertise in all facets of marketing and advertising.

General
Qualifications:
Motivated self-starter with outstanding initiative
Detail-oriented
Excellent verbal and written skills
Strong computer skills
10 years agency experience
Strategy, business development, planning, and management experience required
Experience in OTC and CPG is desiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
