We have an exciting opportunity available for a full time Recruiter/HR Generalist! As the Recruiter, you will identify, screen, interview, hire and onboard candidates for open positions in various departments, including nursing and support services.
You will also be responsible for the day-to-day activities of Human Resources including compliance, employee inquiries and maintaining information systems and HR records.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with administrators, directors, and managers related to general staffing needs Screen candidates and facilitate interviews and hiring and onboarding processes Coordinate pre-employment appointments Prepare offer letters Coordinate and lead HR portion of new employee orientation and ensure all required paperwork is completed Input new hire and employee change data into the HRIS (Workday) Attend job fairs and recruitment events
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Two years of previous recruiting experience required.
Experience with Brassring and Workday preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
High level of initiative, independence and attention to detail.
