Responsibilities:
Maintain all of the hotel's equipment and preventative maintenance plans Work with a variety of tools hammers and screwdrivers, indicators and edge finders, drills, wrenches, and other maintenance tools of the trade Adhere to all engineering safety norms and procedures Collaborate with other personnel who will help you with maintenance tasks Create an available channel of communication between you and other staff, including managers and department heads
Qualifications:
This position requires occasional lifting up to 50 lbs.
Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required Valid driver's license and good driving record required Good knowledge of computer software; preferably facilities management software About Company We're just off I-490, within three miles of Windstream and New York Life corporations, as well as Eastview Mall.
