Marketing Industry Specialist

Overview:
We are currently seeking Marketing Industry Specialists responsible for performing office support activities for multiple Partners and employees which will include, but are not limited to:
providing direct support to Industry Leaders, marketing, sales, and growth-driven duties, implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies as directed, and monitoring administrative projects.
This individual will represent the firm in a professional manner and will be committed to the success of the business.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive administrative support including scheduling, meeting assistance, travel accommodations, budgeting, planning, and execution of internal and external conferences, etc.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and all work required to support Industry Leaders and promote firm growth Process Requests for Proposal (RFP) as directed Facilitate lead management (qualifying leads and maintaining prospect lists) Run sales, marketing, and industry reports as needed Maintain client database Print materials for internal trainings, meetings, etc.
Cross-train and learn others administrative responsibilities to provide backup assistance as needed Participate with backup assistance and reception coverage as scheduled, including lunch/ break periods and vacation Maintain Microsoft technology (PowerPoint, Excel, MS Word) and other software skills necessary to function at peak efficiency, participating in training programs as required Arrange for appropriate back-up coverage when out of office Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client/firm confidentiality
Qualifications:
Required:
Minimum of an associates degree Minimum of one year of relevant experience Knowledge of typical office methods and procedures, filing, telephone techniques, and office equipment, as well as business English usage, spelling, grammar, and punctuation HOURS OF OPERATION:
