You'll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us.

Responsibilities:
Handle customer complaints as necessaryWelcome, register, check-in, and check out guests staying at the hotel, provide keys and room numbers, and record credit card informationTake incoming calls, online and in-person room bookings requests, and answer questions about guests' needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requestsConnect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodations are readyPerform regular bookkeeping duties:
make sure hotel guest information is current and correct
Qualifications:
1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferredWell-versed in taking telephone calls and handling stressful situationsDisplays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational skills, and customer service skillsExhibits working knowledge of Microsoft Office and reservation management systemsMust have graduated high school, received a GED or equivalentAbout CompanyWe're just off I-490, within three miles of Windstream and New York Life corporations, as well as Eastview Mall.
Pittsford, Nazareth College, and St.
John Fisher College are within five miles.
Downtown Rochester is 15 minutes away, and it's 18 miles to the airport.
